Day 1: Fez – Merzouga

4 days of travel in the desert Fez Marrakech begins: we will pick you up from your hotel or Riad, then drive south to Azrou through Ifrane (Morocco’s Switzerland) and then to the Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping at a cedar forest. You will be able to take some fascinating pictures. With the barbarian apes we will continue the road through the Atlas mountains enjoying the landscapes of Midelt. After lunch we will continue our journey through the Ziz valley towards Erfoud, Rissani and Merzouga. On our arrival you will be welcomed with a cup of tea. Overnight at the Hotel / Riad.

Day 2: Merzouga area and camel trek

After breakfast, we will start exploring the area, visiting the black people’s village in Mali to enjoy their music and the way they live. Then we drive to Miffis Mines to explore how they work there before arriving behind the Dunes. In a desert full of lovely views we will sit down for a cup of hot tea with the local Bedouins. Before returning to the hotel, after a cup of tea, your local guides will show you how to mount and dismount and other practical camels. related safety tips, then start exploring the mysterious sea of sand of the Erg-Chebbi. overnight in a Berber tent.

Day 3: Merzouga-Todra Gorge – Dades Gorge

We will do it in the morning to see the best sunrise of your life, and we will be happy to welcome you in the sand dunes, the highest in Morocco , before returning to our hotel in the desert, then we will continue to Tinghir and the impressive Todra Gorge are the highest and narrowest gorges in Morocco. Berber delights is one of the most popular places in the world. After lunch in the heart of the gorge, we will drive through the Dades Valley, where we will end up in the mountain.

Day 4: Dades Gorge -Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech

After breakfast at the hotel, we drive through the Dades Valley to Kalaat Mgouna and Ouarzazate. The road through the Dades valley is “the road of 1000 Kasbahs”, then we drive through “the city of roses”, which is known for the production of rose water. Our journey will continue to Ouarzazat, “the Hollywood of Africa”, lunch is at the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou (UNESCO heritage since 1987) and the largest Kasbah in Morocco have been filmed many movies, including The Mummy, Gladiator … . Our journey will continue through the largest pass in Africa (2260 m) over the High Atlas mountains, before arriving in Marrakech, where the 4 day journey through the Fes Marrakech desert ends.
